Tell us what happened and we will answer by email. If you were sent a link and it will not open, include the link's address — we can see whether it was revoked or has expired, though only the workspace owner can grant you access.

Reelgate cannot give you access to someone else's video. The workspace owner controls every link, and we will not override that — if you need access, ask the person who sent it to you.
